What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-level support to senior internal and external stakeholders, including diary management and coordination for board-level engagements.
  • Prepare and manage key documents with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Juggle multiple priorities across various projects, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Act as a point of contact for high-profile clients, fostering strong relationships with confidence and professionalism.
  • Manage CRM systems and utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint) effectively.
  • Support office operations, including hosting and assisting external visitors and consultants.
  • Take ownership of your tasks, demonstrate accountability, and adapt to new processes and systems quickly.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally with a background working in a professional services organisation.
  • Tech savvy and technologically strong in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving ability.
  • Resilience and capability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver high-quality work.
