Provide high-level executive support to senior leadership within a government agency. Manage schedules, coordinate meetings and events, and oversee communications. Work closely with a dynamic team, supporting organisational goals and stakeholder engagement.

Duties

  • Manage calendars and meeting logistics for senior leaders
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications and briefing materials
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Maintain records, databases, and filing systems
  • Support key projects and operational initiatives

Skills & experience

  • Proven experience as an EA or PA at senior leadership level
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Public sector experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
