You’ll also be expected to foster mutually beneficial industry partnerships and play a role in future acquisitions.

You question to understand, recognise the danger of false harmony, and challenge the point not person as needed. You’re respectful of history, different perspectives and personalities. You view your executive peers as your primary team.
  2. Strategic Thinking: A student of the market with strong commercial and strategic thinking. You can form an educated view of the future market dynamics and client needs and can distil your resulting sales strategy into operational objectives for your team.
  3. Relationship Builder:You’re highly relatable and approachable and respect the importance of being visual and transparent, right across the business and external market. You constantly and proactively invest in senior level external partnerships based on mutual gain.
  4. Drive and Accountability: You own outcomes, take responsibility, and gets results with a strong bias to action. You know your numbers and understand the story that sits behind them. You can delegate responsibility but not accountability and are prepared to inspect what you expect of others.
