The Recruitment Network is seeking an experience Duty Manager for a casual with a possibility for a full time shifts in Northland Kerikeri area!

Position: Experience Duty Manager
Shift: Day & Night ( Wednesday to Sunday )
Start: ASAP

You will be supervising a very busy and fast paced casual dining a pub / restaurant in Kerikeri.
This role is perfect for someone looking for a casual to possible full time job to support the team during their busier periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a fast paced environment like pub restaurant
• helping the team and working with a celebrity chef
• Ensure smooth operations and manage any issues that arise
• Oversee staff and maintain high standards of service
• Handle both quiet and busy periods efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience as Duty manage is a must.
• Must have a Duty Manager Certificate
• Have own transport to travel to site
• Can work wednesday to Sunday, Am & Pm shift.
• Open to a possibility of becoming full time
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to handle fluctuating periods of activity
