Job Description
Main duties:
- Project Manage a number of projects from inception to completion on commercial building projects.
- Health and Safety, and QA/QC duties
- Develop and maintain communication between internal and external stakeholders, third party designers, engineering consultants, main contractors and council
- Organise, manage and drive site teams to deliver to the highest standard
- Identify and address issues that arise during the construction process, working towards solutions in a methodical and systemic way
- Maintain accurate project documentation (progress reports, QA, health and safety reports, compliance documentation)
Experience required:
- A minimum of 4 years experience in facade construction in a Project Manager role, ideally with a subcontractor specialising in Facades
- A strong understanding of facade systems, vertical construction, materials, methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with people at any level from labourer to client.
- Able to identify issues and mitigate risks effectively
