The Intelligence Community Shared Services (ICSS) support the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) | Te Tira Tiaki and the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) | Te Pā Whakamarumaru in the achievement of individual and joint agency strategic and operational outcomes.

The role
We're looking for an energetic Facilities Admin Coordinator to join our team, working across both the GCSB and NZSIS to safeguard the smooth operation and management of our facilities functions.
Key responsibilities
This is a position with lots of variety!
- You'll coordinate building and facility related requests across multiple sites and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- You'll play an important role providing excellent customer service and administration support to the wider team, ensuring the team can deliver their key functions and responsibilities.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for:
- Someone with a background in facilities management, general administration and customer service.
- You will have an excellent interpersonal and communication style and be self-motivated with a flexible working style.
- A full, clean NZ drivers' licence is required.

Before you apply
Working within our unique environment means we have to ensure you're eligible for employment.
You must:
- Have been a New Zealand Citizen for at least 10 years
OR
Hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of the UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years
- Be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearance
- Ordinarily, this means you'll have a 15 year checkable background in countries NZSIS Vetting can make meaningful and reliable checks.
