As a Financial Administrator, you will handle the financial processes behind transactions, helping to manage and streamline payments.

You are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and come from an agricultural, food processing horticulture or a similar industry. We’re looking for someone who’s keen to jump into a fast-paced environment, contribute to a growing industry, and make their mark.

About the Role | Mō te tūnga
As a Financial Administrator, you will handle the financial processes behind transactions, helping to manage and streamline payments.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manager the purchasing process, ensuring payments are accurate and processed on time
- Gather, reconcile, and analyse payment data for agricultural transactions
- Administer NAIT data, resolving any discrepancies promptly
- Build and maintain datasets to ensure payment information is always accurate and up-to-date
- Conduct thorough data analysis and create reports that support the payment process
- Communicate timely and consistent updates to stakeholders
- Recommend and implement tech-driven improvements to boost accuracy, efficiency, and communication in payment workflows

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in financial administration or data analysis, with bonus points for work in the livestock or agricultural sector
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field
- Sharp analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
- Confidence using tech tools, especially for financial management and analysis (e.g., Excel)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently and within a team setting
