A typical week could look like…

  • Meeting new and existing clients to understand their home lending needs and provide tailored mortgage advice.
  • Assessing client financial situations, structuring lending solutions, and presenting your recommendations.
  • Managing the home loan application process from start to finish, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience for clients.
  • Proactively generating your own leads through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
  • In addition to your own lead generation, collaborating with your internal relationship management team to secure appointments (ideally 10-20 meetings per week).
You’ll be a great fit if you…
  • Have experience as a mortgage adviser or in home lending. (ideally in an advisory or brokerage environment)
  • Hold your Level 5 Financial Services certification in residential lending.
  • Are motivated, client-focused, and passionate about helping people make the best financial decisions.
  • Have strong business development skills, with the ability to self-generate leads and build a client base.
  • Have a clear credit and police check.
