Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, safety, and security across our facilities.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs, including minor plumbing, electrical work, plant and machinery maintenance, light bulb changes, painting, plastering, and carpentry.
Communicate effectively with staff, owners, tenants, and contractors, both verbally and in writing.
Maintain compliance with company health and safety procedures, as well as industry and statutory regulations.
Uphold the highest level of maintenance and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Valid NZ Driver's Licence.
Trade qualification as an Electrician or Plumber is highly regarded.
Experience in painting is desirable.
A police history check will be required, as the role may involve working with vulnerable children.
