As a member of the Executive Team, working closely with the RMBA and MBS Boards, this role oversees the financial health, performance and sustainability of the group. A key focus is on aligning financial strategy with long-term goals and ensuring compliance with all obligations.
To be considered, you will have:
- CA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Strong experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within a membership or financial services organisation.
- Proficient in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with knowledge in treasury operations, risk, and capital management.
- Experience overseeing a HR function, working closely with an external provider.
- Proven ability in managing facilities and meeting operational needs
- Integrity and commitment to mission and values.
- Technically capable, agile and hands on.
- A leader who fosters collective intelligence and super teams.
