In this role you will oversee a portfolio of property assets, that includes commercial, residential, airports and marinas. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports for each asset
- Analyse and monitor portfolio performance, optimising outcomes
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, develop retention strategies and manage all property related maintenance and lease issues efficiently
- Develop capital improvements and maintenance plans
- Oversee contractor relationships
- Ensure all properties comply with regulations
Ideally you will have 5 plus years in property asset management and hold a relevant qualification. We are looking for someone who will bring passion, energy and drive to the team, you will be the kind of person who sees possibilities and loves to make things happen. You will be tenacious, not afraid to get your hands dirty and enjoy building relationships and dealing with a wide range of people from all walks of life.
