About the Role: We are looking for experienced Registered Hand Therapists who are committed to providing exceptional patient care and making a meaningful impact in the rehabilitation space. Senior candidates will have the opportunity to lead services, provide supervision to Associates, and drive service growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for rehabilitation services.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient reports.
  • Apply sound knowledge of ACC obligations, guidelines, and policies.
  • Utilise diary management software efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
  • Current APC and membership with Hand Therapy NZ, PBNZ, or OTNZ.
  • Registered Hand Therapist (for senior roles) to provide training and supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care.
  • Open to candidates at all experience levels - senior roles require 5+ years' experience.
