Are you a handy individual with a knack for maintenance and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Tradestaff Wellington is excited to partner with a fantastic school in our community to find a dedicated part-time Handyman/Caretaker to join their team!

Position: Part-Time Handyman/Caretaker
Location: Wellington
Hours: 12pm - 4pm daily (Initial training will be during earlier hours)

About the Role:

• Primary Shift: The main working hours will be from 12pm to 4pm daily. Initially, you'll start earlier in the day to get acquainted with the school’s processes and routines.
• Duties: You'll be responsible for a variety of handyman and caretaker tasks including maintenance, repairs, and ensuring the school environment is safe and well-maintained.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Prior relevant experience in maintenance or caretaker roles is essential. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running!
• Background Check: A clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check is required to ensure the safety and security of our students and staff.
