About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Health and Safety Business Partner looking to advance their career. Based in Mount Maunganui, this role offers flexible working arrangements and reports directly to the Senior Health and Safety Manager.
In this position, you will work closely with the Senior Health and Safety Manager to develop and execute key health and safety strategies across the organisation. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping a proactive safety culture, offering leadership and coaching to ensure the ongoing success of the wider team.

- Promoting data-driven decision-making, sharing best practices, and facilitating injury recovery initiatives
