About the role

You will run the Health and Safety team; leading by example - aspiring to eliminate accident and injury from this workforce of construction professionals, doing outstanding construction in high-hazard environments.

You will:

  • Be responsible for health and safety policy and documentation
  • Be able to ‘influence’, much more than ‘police’ safe behaviors, to ensure safe work after you’ve left site
  • Develop health and safety strategic plans and overseeing their implementation
  • Reporting to the GM

About you

  • You have already proven yourself within the health and safety industry with ideally 2 years of experience from Construction
  • Ideally experience in safety around heavy mobile plant
  • You are a natural leader, getting results from your team by having them on your side
  • You have a history of proven health and safety statistical improvement
  • Your personal standards will be a high-bar to lift others expectations
