Health Care Assistant

Full & Part Time, Permanent Role

Monday to Friday

We currently have an opportunity for a Health Care Assistant to join our team in one of our General Medicine wards, Ward 33 North!

Our team is dedicated to supporting this service and providing the highest standard of care to our patients. 

Salaries are based on the NZNO Collective Agreement Health Care Assistant salary scale between Step 1 ($60,100) and Step 5 ($70,358).

Essential:

  • 2+ years Health Care Assistant experience in New Zealand
  • Level 4 NZ Health Care Assistant certificate with 1+ years HCA experience in New Zealand
  • or NZ Level 3 Health Care Assistant certificate with 2+ years HCA experience or equivalent (to be assessed) in New Zealand
  • Good communication skills
