Heavy Diesel Mechanic

The Role:

This is a permanent position for a fully qualified technician, ideally with experience servicing large agricultural machinery. You will have a strong work ethic with an eye for detail. Computer literacy and being confident using advanced diagnostic equipment for modern agricultural machinery is essential.
A positive can-do attitude and the ability to work well within a team is a must, as is the ability to work flexible hours and be available for call outs on a rostered system.

Pay Rate:

$42 - 46 depending on applicant and experience.

Qualifications:

• New Zealand Certificate in Heavy Automotive Engineering - Agricultural Equipment (Level 3-4) preferred but will consider experienced and qualified diesel Mechanics.

• Great attention to detail and accuracy 
• Have excellent time management skills. 
• Have a positive can-do attitude.
• Must have relevant New Zealand experience.
