We are seeking a casual Hospital Aide who would like to join the Nursing pool at Burwood Hospital.

Burwood Hospital pool has an opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Pool position offers you diversity in your work day and the opportunity to work with our supportive and cohesive teams to expand your skills across our services.
Healthcare Assistants are instrumental in providing care to tūroro (patients) and supporting the clinical team. As a Healthcare Assistant you will assist nursing staff with:
- Tūroro (Patient) care and tūroro (patient) observation
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment on the ward
- Assisting the nursing team with a variety of tasks on the ward
- Ensuring that tūroro (patients) have the best experience possible.

- Experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar is not required but preferred
