Job Description
Our client is seeking an Administrator with HR experience to assist day to day opeerations out of their office near Frankton. Start ASAP.
Days: 2 days per week (15 hours), however, hours may increase throughout tenure with added responsibilities (flexibility on which days). Temp to perm opportunity.
Hours: 8am-4pm.
Duties include;
- Screening applicants
- Co-ordinating with department managers
- Entering data into HR & HSE systems
- Completing in-house inductions with new employees
- Issuing PPE
The successful applicant will:
- Have at least 2 years' previous experience within an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a good knowledge of using outlook and Microsoft office programs
