About the organisation
Join a well-established company based in Mt Eden on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to support the HR team through a busy period.

About the role
Ensure the smooth running of HR operations, handling various administrative tasks, and working both independently and collaboratively. As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing data, assisting with HR processes, and supporting the HR and Health and Safety team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Manage data and information using Excel, including reporting
  • Draft variation letters and employment agreements
  • Support incentive programs, including recording and following up on staff data
  • Handle ad-hoc HR admin tasks as required
  • Adapt to urgent and shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Provide support to the HR team as necessary

Skills & experience

  • Experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage data and troubleshoot formulas
  • Ability to work autonomously and think proactively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Comfortable handling multiple ad-hoc tasks with a flexible approach
