Roles Typically Involve:

• Coaching and advising managers across the employee lifecycle

• Contributing to policy, process improvement and wider HR projects
• Building trust with key stakeholders and acting as a go-to HR Advisor

You Are:

• An experienced HR Advisor or strong HR Coordinator ready to step up 
• Confident handling ER issues, including disciplinary and performance processes
• Comfortable building relationships with frontline leaders and senior stakeholders alike
• Knowledgeable about NZ employment legislation
• Looking for your next opportunity – whether you're available immediately for a contract or exploring longer-term permanent roles
• Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-focused in how you work
