Type: 9-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)
Ideal start date: Starting over the next 2 – 3 weeks.
Location: South Auckland
Salary: $75000 - $80,000 per annum
Working Hours: Flexible start and finish times – 40 hours a week

What will you be doing?
The Payroll/HR Coordinator will support a variety of HR functions, including:

  • HR Administration - Drafting offer letters, contract variations, and managing basic HR documentation.
  • Timesheet Management -Overseeing the outsourced payroll system (Data Com), verifying timesheets, and coordinating with department managers on overtime.
  • Training Coordination- Managing bookings for external training and compliance courses, and monitoring medical assessments that need to be completed every two years.
  • Recruitment Support - Assisting in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, posting job ads, and managing onboarding for new starters.
  • Reporting - Supporting the HR Manager with monthly reports
  • Supporting with Employee Well-being initiatives, such as recognition awards.
  • Systems Used: SAP SuccessFactors, Excel, and email communications.
What are they looking for?
  • Previous experience working in either a HR administration or coordination roles, ideally with some understanding of employment legislation.
  • Strong administrative skills, attention to detail,
  • A quick learner with the right motivation, open to diverse backgrounds and experiences
