We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join a close-knit HR team in Newmarket. This truly is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work for a well know NZ brand providing best practice HR support.

About the Role:
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational HR support to the Marketing and Technology divisions. This is a true HR generalist role, where you will provide support on all things HR, including Employee Relations (ER), Remuneration and Benefits, Recruitment, Policy Development, all whilst fostering a positive workplace culture.

A bit about you:

  • You will bring proven experience as an HR Business Partner and consider yourself to be a true HR generalist
  • You excel at building strong relationships and rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • You are commercially focused and have the ability to influence and gain buy in with ease
  • You are proactive, able to hit the ground running and excel within a fast-paced environment
