About this position)

You will work alongside HR colleagues to deliver excellent HR administration and coordination to your dedicated portfolio.  This role will expose you to everything we do in HR to support our people including generating employment offers, familiarisation with employment agreements, documenting staff movements and changes, responding to customer enquiries and working in a seamless and proactive manner. 

This is a full-time role working 80 hours per fortnight which is fixed term until March 2025.

You will be a positive, enthusiastic and forward thinking administrator/coordinator looking for an opportunity to grow and develop in the People and Capability space. You will ideally have a sound understanding of HR administration and payroll systems processes. Your attention to detail will be impeccable and you will truly understand the value of delivering exceptional service. You will be computer savvy, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Most importantly, you are a flexible team player with a great sense of humour, and you will go the extra mile to enable our people to do their best days work. Having previous HR experience will be an advantage. 

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
