In this sole-charge HR role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team and people managers to provide high-quality, end-to-end HR solutions and guidance. You’ll have the opportunity to shape key business areas including employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching, while also driving recruitment initiatives and revamping policies and

Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and support managers in developing their leadership and management capabilities
- Oversee recruitment, including graduate and international hiring
- Implement and update policies, procedures, and performance management frameworks
- Lead employee relations cases and contribute to building a positive workplace culture
- Drive health & safety initiatives, including managing the H&S committee and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a strongHR Generalist, ideally with a professional services background such as accounting, banking, or similar industries. You should have a solid understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, with the ability to work independently and manage sensitive situations professionally. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a proactive, hands-on approach and a focus on continuous improvement. You could be a strong Senior HR Advisor or HR BP looking for your next challenge where you can lead the HR function.
