Intermediate Structural Engineer

The company:
A market-leading, specialist Structural Consultancy are in growth mode. Due to demand for their services and confidence in what the future holds for them, they are now looking for an Intermediate Structural Engineer, one who will naturally be succession planned into a 2IC role as they continue to grow in the region. 

As a business, they have built an enviable national reputation for the pragmatic nature of their delivery, as well as through providing expertise in certain specialist areas (don't want to give too much away on here, but enquire to find out more).

The projects:
Project-wise, their portfolio is vast and varied. They have delivered projects across education, residential, healthcare, aged care, commercial and hotel/tourism sectors. Their forward workload comprises of a blend of public sector projects. alongside well-financed private sector projects, giving them a lot of confidence moving forward.  

The role:

• You will be responsible for the delivery of your own portfolio of a wide range of projects
• Long term you will naturally take on a mentorship position for younger Engineers alongside the Tauranga Business Manager
• The business deliberately puts a large emphasis on culture and having fun at work, but certainly doesn't compromise on remuneration plus a good bonus scheme
• You will also be working alongside market leaders based in Auckland, who are also excellent people
