Inventory Controller

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our clients mechanical engineering firm specializing in the production of commercial law mowing equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring a seamless flow of materials to production, and supporting the warehouse team. Your goal is to enhance material control and stock accuracy, contributing to efficient production processes of our clients’ high-quality mechanical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Control in Warehouse: Conduct routine cycle counting, input findings, and drive stock accuracy. Ensure safe material storage and support warehouse operations.
• Material Supply to Production: Replenish raw materials promptly, create work orders for sub-assemblies, and maintain real-time systematic transactions to support uninterrupted production.
• Stock and BOM Accuracy: Maintain Pick-Face Locations, execute weekly cycle counts, report stock discrepancies, and resolve transaction issues.
• Housekeeping: Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization, adhering to H&S best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Stock Management/Material Control.
• Proficient in Dynamic365 and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of logistics shipping documentation.
