This position involves working closely with Project Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. You will also handle various coordinating tasks, such as risk management and maintaining project documentation. Your excellent time management and communication skills will be vital as you collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and facilitate the progression of project requests through defined workflows.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and maintain governance reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Establish and maintain standards, tools, and procedures for project management.
- Attend project meetings, take minutes, and distribute action points.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to senior management when needed.
- Contribute to project reporting and the growth of the PMO.
- Prepare and send project and IT-related communications.
- Assist in triage and review of project requests to ensure clarity and completeness.
Ideal Candidate's Background:
- At least 2 years' experience in project management and/or project methodologies.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools and documenting project progress.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Healthcare industry experience is advantageous

This role is paying $80,000 - $100,000 depending on the candidates experience.
