We are looking for support workers/kaimahi hauora to join our Auckland team.
As a Support Worker/Kaimahi Hauora, you'll be at the forefront of providing essential support to our client with complex support needs. Your role will involve delivering personalised, Kiritaki (client) centred support in their home and within the community. Guided by our core values, you'll help create a supportive, respectful, and culturally safe environment championing individuals on their journey.
Skill Requirement
- No qualifications or experience needed.
- Strong communication in English.
- Ability to work independently and with a team, working collaboratively with others.
- Respectful, adaptable, proactive, professional and trustworthy.
- Understanding of the unique challenges and needs associated with living with a life impacted by injury or disability.
- Working rights in New Zealand.
