We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to take ownership of a high-value retail partnership. You will be responsible for managing and growing business relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. This role offers the autonomy to lead sales processes, contract negotiations, and promotional planning, making it feel like running your own business within a global brand.
With a mix of office-based and remote work flexibility, you will have the opportunity to engage with key stakeholders, collaborate with internal teams, and play a pivotal role in business growth.

You are a commercially astute professional with a proven track record in account management and sales. Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Solid experience in sales or key account management within retail, consumer goods, or a similar industry.
- Experience working with major retail partners (e.g., Harvey Norman) in New Zealand.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- High proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting (experience with SAP and Power BI is advantageous).
- Ability to lead promotional planning, range reviews, and merchandising strategies.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
