Are you skilled in the art of handling knives, especially when it comes to fish? We're searching for experienced Knife Hands to join our clients team and play a vital role in delivering top-quality cuts to their customers. If you have a passion for precision and food safety, keep reading!

Location: Mount Wellington, Auckland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process various types of fish for customers, ensuring top-quality cuts.
  • Weigh and portion fish according to customer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
  • Follow all safety and food handling protocols to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure the highest quality products are delivered to customers, both for export and local markets.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Knife Hand, with strong knife skills.
  • Must have experience with fish/seafood specifically. 
  • Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early morning starts.
