Compile and analyse data and information, manage queries, undertake AML and KYC checks to onboard business customers. Globally recognised brand.

About the Role:
   
The role is a blend (50/50) of Client Services and Analyst work, requiring you to liaise with customers and relationship managers to support the onboarding of new business customers. Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
  
Daily, you may be:

  • Collating and qualifying new business customer documentation
  • Ensuring all forms and requirements have been submitted
  • Undertaking AML, KYC and compliance checks on the organisations
  • Reviewing and assessing compliance and onboarding checks
  • Following up with or qualifying with customers any missing or adverse information
About you:
  • Proven financial services experience and confidence within AML / KYC as well as strong phone and administration abilities.
  • Someone who is capable handling complex situations and customers with compassion and resilience.
  • You may be a graduate, in finance, business or something else, with some office/finance experience already and knowledge of AML/KYC, looking to grow your skills, CV and career!
Plus, the other nitty gritty bits needed for this role:
  • Clear police & credit default history – due to the nature of these roles
  • Available to start mid-late November (indicative)
  • Able to commute to Albany, North Shore office
  • Available to and can guarantee a commitment for at least 6 - 12 months 
  • Must be available to work through the Christmas and New Year period
