About the role
Play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of a firm, providing high-quality support to lawyers and ensuring clients receive a professional and seamless experience. You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks spanning client and matter setup, legal documentation, compliance, and general office support.

Duties

  • Provide administrative and document support to legal teams
  • Manage client and matter information, including compliance and database maintenance
  • Prepare legal and client correspondence
  • Support office-wide administration including reception cover and general tasks
  • Assist with billing processes, file management, and diary coordination

Skills & experience

  • Proven experience in administration—legal admin experience is a bonus
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to change with ease
  • Team player who is proactive, solutions-focused, and professional
