Job Description

This permanent role is with an MSP based in Albany, supporting client sites across Auckland. It is an on-site role, 5 days a week, with approximately 80% of your time office-based and 20% on client sites.

Skills and experience required?

  • 4+ years' experience as an L2 Desktop Engineer
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working for an MSP(ideally in NZ)
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows Desktop, O365, MS Stack and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking protocol basics
  • Proficiency in remote desktop support tools e.g. TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Protocol
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and basic repair of desktops, laptops, printers
  • Own car and full NZ Driver License essential - business travel will be reimbursed
