This will mean ensuring the right people are working on the right deals in a flexible, responsive and inter-connected manner.

You will work closely with our newly established national settings team, most specifically around investment decision making processes, ensuring the development of good practice, feedback loops and putting investment and procurement advice into practice.

You will support the GM, Programmes and Contracts by providing visibility and solutions on issues and confidence around sound judgement. You will develop strong relationships and a shared work programme approach with the three other managers in the Programmes and Contracts team and across the group.

This role is in the Programmes and Contracts team, within HUD's Delivery group.

The salary range for this role is $155,346 - $219,312 + 3% Kiwisaver contribution.
