Te tūranga - The role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Communications & Stakeholder Engagement, this role will establish a team focused on supporting the business and our senior leaders to enhance and grow relationships with key stakeholders both within New Zealand and internationally. You'll be bringing together existing roles at RBNZ, building a high-performing team that helps us get the most out of our corporate, industry and international stakeholder relations programmes and enhances the work that RBNZ does for New Zealand.

Ō pūkenga - About you
To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' proven experience in stakeholder relations and supporting senior leaders to engage effectively
  • The ability to build relationships and work with teams across an organisation to develop and deliver an engagement strategy Strong leadership abilities with the capability to encourage co-operation, teamwork and the achievement of results through others
  • Experience in the banking or financial sector is advantageous, but not essential. We are looking for someone that is motivated to build a great team culture as well as relationships across the organisation in order to deliver results.
