Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission (the Commission) leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.
The Manager People & Culture | Chief People Officer leads a small but influential team at the Commission so that we can deliver for all New Zealanders.
We are looking for a leader who will provide organisational leadership in developing, enhancing and executing the internal strategies and plans in support of the overall direction of the Commission.
You will be able to lead, influence, shape and communicate the content of organisational strategies, particularly in relation to workforce and people-based components, including union relationships and bargaining.
You will regularly collaborate with the Commission's executive leaders and people leaders to build organisational capability and performance through people.
You will champion, develop and implement approaches to drive an employee experience that effectively supports the Commission's strategic direction and desired culture.

This position usually pays between $164,759 to $213,785 depending on skills and experience.
