He Ringa Manaaki (Workplace Services Group) sits within Organisational Capability and Services, a branch dedicated to supporting the rest of the Department to succeed by providing corporate services that help business groups and people within DIA to make the best contribution to New Zealand.
We're looking for a people leader for to fill the Manager Resilience and Recovery role. This role provides technical advice on business continuity and incident management and supports senior management to increase organisational resilience.
You will have:
- People leadership experience, managing a small team.
- Good relationship management skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- Knowledge of business continuity management frameworks, preferably with professional accreditation and experience in the New Zealand public sector.
- Excellent written communication skills and comfortable conveying complex information to a range of audiences.
