Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.
This position sits within the Public Service Fale, a business unit the Public Service Commission which is fully funded by MFAT. The Fale is a regional centre of excellence that operates to support sixteen Pacific Public Service Commissioners (PPSCs) achieve their goals to strengthen public services for their citizens.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong track record in developing enduring relationships with senior public service officials and other stakeholders in an international context. You will have experience successfully leading others in a programme or project team environment and have direct experience creating successful engagement models and relationship strategies, particularly in a Pacific context. You will be a thoughtful and capable people leader.
This a fixed term or secondment opportunity to the end of June 2025.

This position usually pays between $164,759 to $213,785 depending on skills and experience.
