We are partnering with this organisation to find an individual who can lead a team of specialists who provide technical advice to effectively support this organisations regulatory role.
The Operations Group that this role sits in has a purpose to use data and insight to deliver compliance monitoring and enforcement activities.

Key skill-sets / attributes we are seeking include:
- Experience providing strategic technical advice
- Demonstrated people leadership capability
- Experience managing people, resources, and in structuring work programmes
- Experience in a regulatory environment
- Strong understanding of the application of technical knowledge to support a regulatory function
- Experience shaping and developing meaningful relationships with mana whenua, iwi Māori and Māori organisations
- A sound understanding of regulatory and compliance functions and purpose
