  • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • You must be agile, with no ego, & have verifiable track record.
  • Relevant qualifications in a field related to construction management (e.g., civil engineering or construction management) would be ideal but not necessary.

Work Schedule:

  • FIFO Schedule: The role involves a FIFO schedule of 6 weeks on site followed by 2 weeks off, based in New Zealand. Travel to and from work site could take up to 3 days, this is fully paid but is not included in your 'on roster'. After the 'induction period' you can change to 4 weeks on 4 weeks off.
  • Camp style / compound accommodation, you will have your own space and all food is cooked and provided by our chefs.
  • Travel will likely include long hours on open water ships/boats/barges so if you struggle with sea sickness this will not be a good job for you.
