Job Description
Our client are an established business and have built a strong reputation for quality work in the Wellington region. With a diverse customer base, a wide variety of vehicles, and a great selection of tools for the task - you will never be bored.
Day to day tasks include, diagnosing and repairing faults in a wide range of vehicles, carrying out WOF inspections (if certified), performing regular servicing of vehicles, completing repair orders and invoicing jobs. Other activities may be required.

The Offer
- $35 to $45 per hour contract (wages available for those not open to contracting)
- Workshop based role
- Well-equipped and socially staffed workshop environment
- Weekends off, Christmas and New Years off, and flexibility over the holiday period
- Contract length likely through to early 2025
Requirements
- Trade certificate or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience
- WOF inspection authority
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of automotive systems
- Experience working directly with customers
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
- Clean Pre-Employment Drug Screen
- Valid right to work in NZ
