Can you listen carefully to customers and your team, confidently test out your ideas and continually research and fine-tune results? Work collaboratively with a highly skilled engineering team and advanced technologies to design and deliver innovative and market leading solutions for the earthworks industry. There is lots of variety in this role, so you will not be short of technical challenges. The salary is negotiable depending on your experience and skills $75,000 - $85,000.
Must have:
- Drafting experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment.
- Proven knowledge of Solidworks:
- good modelling practices
- use of design tables
- configurations
- drafting skills
- geometric tolerancing
- Revision control and documentation.
- Good grasp of MS Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of revision control and documentation including ECNs
Key responsibilities
- Drafting and documentation for manufacture.
- Work with other engineering team members to finalise drawings for prototype or production.
- Peer review of drawings.
- ERP/MRP data entry.
