Midcentral are offering a casual Registered Midwife position at Te Papaioea Birthing Centre in Palmerston North. This is a 6 bedded unit, sole charge, midwifery led and dedicated to labour and postnatal stays. Whilst working in partnership with their LMC, our Midwives provide postnatal care for women of our communities, plus provide intrapartum support to LMCs. We aspire to having a workforce reflective of the community we serve achieving equitable outcomes for all.
We are looking for enthusiastic Registered Midwives with a current APC willing to work on a casual basis. Our facility is BFHI accredited, and our Midwives are passionate about supporting women navigate their matrescence.
