Ngā kawenga | About the role

As the Ministerial Services Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth management of our official correspondence systems. Your responsibilities will include tracking ministerial, parliamentary, and other official communications, generating performance reports, and monitoring and triaging our enquiries inbox. You will log requests and other correspondence, identify points of escalation, while also engaging with our stakeholders and the community, to ensure timely and effective responses.

You will also support the team with a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, managing group emails and recommending process improvements to enhance overall efficiency in this dynamic and supportive environment.

Utu ā-tau | Salary

The midpoint of the salary range is $67,988 and the full range (85%-120%) is $57,824 - $81,586. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
