National Sales Lead for the - Industrial Arm of the Largest Recruitment Agency in NZ.

And the Business

Your customers will be Procurement, HR, & Senior Line Managers specifically in the Manufacturing and Supply chain sectors.

We’re not looking to “wow” clients or bore them with big words; we’re here to win them over with grit, professionalism, credibility and the kind of communication that aligns with your senior level clients.

But you can still get your hands dirty.

This isn’t for someone who’s comfortable; it’s for someone hungry to lead from the front and doesn’t hide behind emails or Linkedin connection requests.

Are you:
An experienced Recruitment professional with the backbone to hold the line, even in tough markets
Understand that the blue collar sector of Recruitment Agencies are the money maker and respect it.
A natural hunter with proven success in securing business in the Recruitment Sector
Someone who knows exactly how to balance persistence and polish
A master of the follow-up, negotiation and quick on your feet.
Naturally driven to see opportunity everywhere, and seize it
Focused on the details that make the difference but flexible enough to keep it human
