We are currently Recruiting for an experienced Agency Senior Recruitment Specialist, Business Development Manager or Agency Recruitment Leader who is ready to take their next step in their Recruitment Journey.
You’ll be experienced in Agency Recruitment in New Zealand, preferably Auckland, you are a hunter and a gatherer who loves to drive business and provide solutions, where you will targeting large Manufacturing and Logistics accounts across NZ.
We love a hunter with commercial acumen, polish, driven and commitment to their career.
Imagine yourself as the Paparazzi, the one who snaps the winning shot and gets it published first.

And in this role, those stories translate to RFIs, Tenders, Presentations, Client Reviews and sharp, concise client communication.

And the Business
Your customers will be Procurement, HR, & Senior Line Managers specifically in the Manufacturing and Supply chain sectors.
We’re not looking to “wow” clients or bore them with big words; we’re here to win them over with grit, professionalism, credibility and the kind of communication that aligns with your senior level clients.
But you can still get your hands dirty.
This isn’t for someone who’s comfortable; or cruising along it’s for someone hungry to lead from the front and doesn’t hide behind emails or Linkedin connection requests.
Are you:
You are possibly in a similar role now, a Business Manager or you’ve played an integral piece in a startup recruitment agency, but you’ve reached as far as you can go.
