National Key Account Manager - Agency
Civil, Construction & Infrastructure.
This is a Senior Recruitment Opportunity.
The accounts are in operation and supplying large numbers of the temporary workforce across New Zealand.
So this is a dream job, particularly in the current market.
There's no pie in the sky here—these clients are active.
Your job?
  • Work closely with Business Managers to ensure strategic Account Management for Key Accounts
  • Keep client relationships warm and make them even stronger
  • Get into other divisions of these companies and own more of the business
  • Push out competitors because let’s be honest, you’re better
  • Find out who else your clients work with and bring them on board too
  • Travel, meet decision-makers, and cement your agency as their go-to supplier
Who you are:
  • 3+ years in agency recruitment in these sectors in NZ
  • You know how to communicate at a senior level with clients
  • Currently in a Senior Recruitment Consultant position, Team Leader, or Management role—or ready for that next step
  • Natural at building trust, delivering results, and have a proven record
  • Happy to travel—you’re not one to sit still
Actually, let me rephrase that. This job involves travel. Think planes, trains, and automobiles.

Lucrative Remuneration Package + Vehicle (must have a full, current NZ driver's license).
Auckland is preferable for this role. But we would also look at Hamilton, Tauranga or Whangarei.
Monday to Friday. No WFH.
There are at least 15 branches across NZ where you can base yourself when working across the country, or you'll be onsite visiting your key accounts.
Must be eligible to work in NZ.
Full police check and drug testing required.
