- Flexible part time (20 hours) role from Monday – Friday with the option to choose your hours as long as they fit within peak business hours (9am – 3.00pm).
- Varied daily tasks including pilot coordination, contract management & procurement, process improvement.
- Work within a close-knit team while building key stakeholder relationships.

We're offering an exciting opportunity for someone to join and support our Learning & Development Management team through providing a broad range of administrative support. The successful candidate will have the perk of location flexibility by being able to work at the National Learning Centre in Upper Hutt and National Office in Wellington CBD.
As the National Learning & Development Team Coordinator, your role will include (but is not limited to) organising travel, accommodation, catering as well as using Microsoft applications to provide essential administration support. This varied position allows for variety within your day and encourages positive close relationships both within and outside of your team.
If you're someone who enjoys process improvement, a collaborative work environment and providing effective administrative support, this role will be ideal for you.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- An understanding of project management methodology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, specifically excel and SAP
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with a diverse cross section of people
Utu ā-tau | Salary
The mid-point of the salary range is $73,673 and the full range (85%-120%) is $62,623 - $88,408. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
