About the Role
We are offering a registered health practitioner with a current practising certificate the opportunity to work alongside other health professionals as a Needs Assessor. You will be based within the Older Persons Needs Assessment Service Coordination team.
In this role, you will be identifying and contributing to meeting the needs of our Hawke’s Bay community by Assessment and Service Coordination.
About the Team/Service/ Location
As one of our Needs Assessors you will be a key member of our highly skilled team. You will work alongside colleagues to ensure smooth provision of services in a busy environment where all parties contribute positively to improving the health of our community

About you
We are ideally looking for someone who enjoys working in a challenging role. You will have high levels of communication and assessment skills, strong computer literacy, be self-motivated with the ability to prioritise your own workload, work autonomously as well as part of a team. The ability to identify the need for self-care is essential in this high-pressure role.
Your outstanding relationship building skills will allow you to liaise with a wide range of people and services.
