Our client is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to support their CEO and board in a permanent role based in their stunning office. This is a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic organisation committed to driving positive economic, social, and cultural outcomes for the community across multiple sectors.

About the Role:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board Secretary, you’ll play a key role in supporting senior management with high-level coordination, reporting, and board activities. This is an ideal position for someone with strong EA experience who is ready to transition to a more focused, senior-level support role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the CEO’s diary, correspondence, and priority-setting
  • Preparing and editing high-quality reports and presentations for senior leadership
  • Drafting agendas, writing minutes, and tracking action items for all board meetings
  • Liaising directly with board members to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the CEO and senior team as required
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
About You:
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly with report and presentation preparation
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to legal or accounting frameworks is a plus but not required
  • Positive and adaptable with a ‘can-do’ attitude
