Our client is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to support their CEO and board in a permanent role based in their stunning office. About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board Secretary, you’ll play a key role in supporting senior management with high-level coordination, reporting, and board activities. This is an ideal position for someone with strong EA experience who is ready to transition to a more focused, senior-level support role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the CEO’s diary, correspondence, and priority-setting
- Preparing and editing high-quality reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Drafting agendas, writing minutes, and tracking action items for all board meetings
- Liaising directly with board members to ensure seamless communication and support
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the CEO and senior team as required
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly with report and presentation preparation
- Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to legal or accounting frameworks is a plus but not required
- Positive and adaptable with a ‘can-do’ attitude
